Rose Garden Palace is a white colored palace that looks like a wax palace when looked from far. It’s very beautiful and nice looking. This building was originally built by a Hindu zamidar somewhere around 1900. But later on handed over to several people. Since 2018 Bangladesh government owns this place.
ROse Garden Palace was a privately owned beautiful mansion that is located at the Tikatuli of Dhaka. Despite of a private property, it is still possible to view the glimpse of the edifice from the outside. Specially at the other side of the pond, from nearby buildings, etc. I observed the building from the outside (through the grilled wall)This rose garden palace was known as “Humayun Shaheber Bari” at that area. But later on the building is owned by someone Rashid, and he had renamed the building as “Rashid Manzil“, but still people use to call it as “Humayun Shaheber Bari“. You can read more about when and who built this beautiful mansion.
